캔 시밍 머신 Can Seaming Machine

캔 시밍 머신(Can seaming machine)의 하우징 디자인 작업으로 기존의 금속 판금을 이용한 제품의 생산성을 높이고 외관 디자인을 향상시키기 위한 디자인 및 하우징 설계 작업이다. 진공성형으로 제작된 하우징 파트 디자인 작업의 제한이 많지만, 파트의 구성 방식에 대한 아이디어로 외관의 디자인은 심플하면서 모던한 형태를 유지하려 했으며, 캔시머의 사용 환경에서 발생하는 사용성, 이물질 청소 등의 관리, 유지보수가 용이하도록 레이아웃을 구성하였다.

This is a housing design project for a can seaming machine, aimed at increasing productivity and enhancing the exterior appearance compared to existing metal sheet products. Although there were many constraints in designing the housing parts produced via Vacuum Forming, the design maintains a simple and modern aesthetic through innovative part composition. The layout was structured to ensure excellent usability in real-world environments, as well as ease of cleaning and maintenance.
