유모차 거치형 미니 공기 청정기 Stroller-Mounted Mini Air Purifier

LED 조명 전문 기업 명광전자가 새로운 사업 분야로 확장하며 선보인 제품으로, 유모차에 거치 가능한 미니 공기청정기이다. 먼지 측정 센서와 수유등 기능을 탑재하여 유모차뿐만 아니라 실내에서도 실용적으로 사용할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 유모차에 앉은 아이의 정면에 설치되는 제품 특성을 고려하여, 아이들에게 친근감을 줄 수 있는 동물을 연상시키는 외형으로 디자인하였다. Developed by MyungKwang Electronics, a specialist in LED lighting, this mini air purifier represents the company’s expansion into a new business venture. Designed specifically for strollers, it features an integrated dust sensor and a nursing light, ensuring versatile indoor and outdoor utility. Since the device is positioned directly facing the child, the exterior features a friendly, animal-inspired silhouette to appeal to young users.

아이의 얼굴 방향으로 바람이 가기 때문에 풍량뿐만 아니라 풍향 조절 기능이 필수적이다. 이를 위해 전면 파트를 슬라이딩 방식으로 이동시켜 풍향을 제어하는 구조를 설계하였으며, 3D 프린팅을 활용한 반복적인 테스트와 개선 과정을 거쳐 간단한 조작만으로 직/간접풍을 자유롭게 선택할 수 있도록 구현하였다. Given its proximity to the child, precise control of both airflow volume and direction was essential. This was achieved by incorporating a sliding front mechanism that allows for intuitive adjustments. Through extensive prototyping and refinement using 3D printing, the final design enables users to easily switch between direct and indirect airflow with simple manual adjustments.
