전기차 완속 충전기 EV AC Charger

타디스테크놀로지(Tardis Technology)의 전기차 완속 충전기 디자인으로, 위치 표시용 '핀(Pin)' 아이콘을 모티브로 하여 고유의 브랜드 아이덴티티를 구축하는 동시에 시각적 인지도를 극대화하였다. Tardis Technology’s EV AC charger was designed with a location pin icon motif, establishing a unique brand identity and enhancing visual recognition.

설계 검증을 위해 PA11 소재의 3D 프린팅 시제품을 제작하여, 양산 금형 제작 전 단계에서 조립성 및 작동 테스트를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 양산 공정에서 발생할 수 있는 오류를 사전에 차단하였으며, 3D 프린팅 기술을 적극 활용하여 시제품 제작 비용과 개발 기간을 획기적으로 단축하였다. To validate the engineering, a 3D-printed prototype was fabricated using PA11 material to test assembly and functionality prior to mass production tooling. This process allowed for the early identification of potential design flaws, significantly reducing development costs and time through the effective application of 3D printing technology.
